Bridge to Benefits helps your clients find help
Many people qualify for Minnesota Health Care Programs and don’t know it. Others know they qualify, but don’t enroll. They may expect red tape, language problems and other barriers.
Bridge to Benefits has a simple online tool to help people see if they qualify for help. People may be able to get help with:
- A health care plan (Medical Assistance)
- Child care
- Home energy
- School meal
- Groceries
- Tax credits
Blue Advantage Families and Children was formerly called Blue Advantage Prepaid Medical Assistance Plan (PMAP).
Note: Online Care Anywhere is not available in every U.S. state.
