Our plans

At Blue Plus, we have healthcare plans that work with Minnesota’s Medical Assistance (Medicaid). These plans can help you pay for healthcare if you qualify for them. Each Medical Assistance (Medicaid) plan has different age and income requirements.

Minnesota Senior Health Options (MSHO)

Renew your coverage

If you have Medical Assistance (Medicaid) or MinnesotaCare, your health insurance needs to be renewed annually. Avoid losing your health insurance by being prepared for your renewal and ensuring your address, phone number and email address are always current.
