Group Platinum BlueSM plans provide additional coverage to help pay for expenses Original Medicare doesn’t cover. You can choose from three levels of coverage to best fit your retirees' needs.

- Have Medicare Part A and Part B, or Part B only
- Live in the plan availability area (21 counties in Minnesota)
