Blue Cross Vision
Search the Blue Cross Vision member network. If you have a separate Blue Cross Vision plan member ID card, you have a vision plan.
Medical Assistance (Medicaid) members
Members of Blue Advantage Families and Children, MinnesotaCare, Minnesota Senior Care Plus or SecureBlue plan have a different search option.

Blue Cross vision plans offer savings on eyewear and some cover eye exams at 100% when you see a network provider.
Individual and family vision plans
Choose what you need. One vision plan offers discounts on eyeglasses and contact lenses. The other includes those discounts plus an eye exam to help protect the health of your eyes.
Small group vision plans
You can choose a plan with frequencies and benefit levels that best meet your employees' needs and your budget. Whatever the choice you make for your business, we have a plan for you and your employees. For employers with 2–50 employees.
Large group vision plans
For groups with 51 or more employees, we have comprehensive vision plans that include eye exams, as well as eyewear only plans without exams.
