Search a drug list

A drug list (formulary) is a list of generic and brand-name drugs covered by a health plan. Not all drugs on the list may be covered by your plan.

Log in to your account for the most up-to-date information for your plan and direct access to your covered drug list.

Individual and family and employer plans drug lists

  • You'll need to know the name of your drug list. Refer to your health plan materials or call the number on your member ID card for help.

Medicare drug lists

  • You'll need to know the name of your Medicare plan.

If you don't log in, you'll need to know the name of your pharmacy network and choose it from a dropdown menu. You can find your pharmacy network name in your health plan materials or by calling the number on your member ID card.
