Group MedicareBlue Rx (PDP)

Group MedicareBlue^SM Rx is a Medicare Part D stand-alone prescription drug plan that helps members pay for prescription drugs that are not covered by Original Medicare. You can choose from five levels of coverage to best fit your retirees' needs.

Retiree enrollment requirements

• Are entitled to Medicare Part A and/or enrolled in Medicare Part B
• Live anywhere in the United States as long as the employer is headquartered in Minnesota
• Are a United States' citizen or lawfully present in the United States
• Are identified as an eligible plan participant by their employer 

Retirees must continue to pay their Medicare Part B premium, and Medicare Part A if applicable, if not otherwise paid for by Medicaid or another third party. Retirees may only enroll in one Part D plan at a time.

Offer Group MedicareBlue Rx to retirees as a stand-alone prescription drug plan or pair it with one of the following medical-only plans to create a complete health care solution:
