If you’re happy with your plan – including any 2025 plan changes – you don’t need to take any action. You’ll be automatically enrolled into your same plan. If you have any questions or want to learn about other plan options, the town hall is for you.
In these videos, we’ll review changes to Blue Cross Medicare plans, including premiums and benefits. Changes take effect January 1, 2025. Plan information for the 2025 plan year is available October 1, 2024.

Town halls cover individual Medicare plans. Blue Cross offers PPO, Cost and PDP plans with Medicare contracts. Enrollment in these Blue Cross plans depends on contract renewal. Plans are available to residents of the service area. A salesperson will be present with information and applications.
