Carrum Health currently administers the Orthopedics, Cardiac, and Cancers Center of Excellence (COE) program for Solventum. Carrum Health is the preferred provider of knee/hip replacement and spinal fusion surgeries for U.S. Solventum medical plan participants. Other surgeries and procedures will continue to be covered by Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Minnesota or by Carrum Health, as applicable.

With the Carrum Health benefit, you'll receive a seamless experience; they manage all of the planning, preparation, and paperwork. Costs are covered: Solventum covers all or most of the medical bill.*

Blue Distinction helps you find the highest quality specialty care centers for spine surgery, knee and hip replacements, cardiac care, bariatric surgery, complex and rare cancers treatments and transplants. This national program has two designations: Blue Distinction Centers® and Blue Distinction Centers+^SM. 

Blue Distinction Centers must be used to get the highest level of benefits for bariatric surgery, spine surgery and transplants.
