Programming your phone

Using XZ5 as an example, the interaction would be as follows:

  • For entering the letter X, press the nine key once and you’ll hear the number 9 repeated back to you
  • Press the nine key again and you’ll hear the letter W repeated back to you; continue pressing the 9 key until you hear the letter X and press the # key
  • Repeat this pattern for each letter and number

For automating systems, callers should program the phone to enter the correct numbered key 1-4 times (depending on the number or letter you want) followed by the # key, and repeat until all numbers and letters are set.

Fax-back option

You can have a three-page summary of a member’s benefits faxed to you as an option through Blueline. You may select from the following six types of benefits:

  • Co-pay, deductible, co-insurance, and out of pocket benefit information
  • Chemical dependency
  • Chiropractic
  • Hospital with ER
  • Mental health or MH/CD combined
  • Therapies (PT, OT, ST)

Pharmacy information

For pharmacy providers, Blueline will provide the following Prime Therapeutics® information:

  • Carrier number
  • Group number
  • Plan code
  • Drug deductible or copay amount
