Schedule an annual eye exam
As a Blue Cross Vision plan member, you have access to a large and growing network with eye care providers nationwide.
You can choose to see any optometrist or ophthalmologist in the network, in private practice or at one of four optical retailers: Visionworks, Sam’s Club, Costco or Walmart. You save money when you choose an in-network provider.
