Need help logging in?

Okta is a secure gateway for external users to access Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Minnesota platforms. Follow these directions based on your needs.

Blue Cross Connect (Connect)

All users: access Blue Cross Connect at Connect.bluecrossmn.com 

Login: email address

All password resets, locked accounts, and activations, contact Agency Services at 651-662-5240 or 1-800-262-0821 or the Group Leader Line at 651-662-1725 or 1-877-293-7035.

 

Employer Portal access - via Connect

New Users: Contact employer.portal@bluecrossmn.com and reference your client name and ID (if available). Once portal access has been granted, you will receive an email with activation instructions for Blue Cross Connect. Upon activation, you will see Employer Portal as an available application.

Existing users: Group Leader Line at 651-662-1725 or 1-877-293-7035.

 

Employer Reporting access- via Connect

New Users: Contact employer.portal@bluecrossmn.com and reference your client name and ID (if available). Once portal access has been granted, you will see Employer Reporting as an available application after logging into Connect. 

Existing users: Contact employer.portal@bluecrossmn.com and reference your client name and ID if you are unable to access the application. 

 

Marketing toolkit access - via Connect

New Users: Contact your Account Manager or employer.portal@bluecrossmn.com and reference your client's name and ID (if available). Once portal access has been granted, you will see Marketing Toolkit as an available application after logging into Connect. 

Existing users: Contact salestech@bluecrossmn.com and reference your client name and ID if you are unable to access the application.

 

Medicare Enrollment Portal access - via Connect

New Users: Contact channelcontracting@bluecrossmn.com and reference your agency name and ID. Once portal access has been granted, you will see Medicare Enrollment Portal as an available application after logging into Connect within. 

Existing users: Contact salestech@bluecrossmn.com and reference your agent and agency ID if you are unable to access the application.

 

Agent and Agency Reporting (Service Fees) access - via Connect

New Users: Contact channelcontracting@bluecrossmn.com and reference your agency name and ID. If approved, you will see Agent and Agency Reporting as an available application after logging into Connect within 24-48 hours.  

Existing users: Contact servicefees@bluecrossmn.com and reference your agent and agency ID if there are discrepancies on the reporting. Contact salestech@bluecrossmn.com and reference your agent and agency ID if you are unable to access the application.

 

Benefits Manager - via Connect

New Client Users: Contact employer.portal@bluecrossmn.com and reference your client name and ID (if available). Once portal access has been granted, you will see Benefits Manager as an available application.

New Agent Users: Contact channelcontracting@bluecrossmn.comand reference your agent and agency ID. Once portal access has been granted, you will see Benefits Manager as an available application.

Existing users: Employers, please contact the Group Leader Line at 651-662-1725 or 1-877-293-7035. Agent, please contact Agency Services at 651-662-5240 or 1-800-262-0821. Contact salestech@bluecrossmn.com if you are unable to access the application.

 

Producer Portal – via Connect

New Users: Contact channelcontracting@bluecrossmn.comand reference your agent and agency ID. Once portal access has been granted, you will see Producer Portal as an available application.

Existing users: Contact Agency Services at 651-662-5240 or 1-800-262-0821. Contact salestech@bluecrossmn.com if you are unable to access the application.

 

Online Order Site – via Connect

New Users: Contact your Account Manager or channelcontracting@bluecrossmn.com and reference your agent and agency ID. Once portal access has been granted, you will see Online Order Site as an available application after logging into Connect. 

Existing users: Contact Agency Services at 651-662-5240 or 1-800-262-0821. Contact salestech@bluecrossmn.com if you are unable to access the application.

 

Company Store – via Connect

New Users: Contact your Account Manager or channelcontracting@bluecrossmn.com and reference your agent and agency ID. Once portal access has been granted, you will see Company Store as an available application after logging into Connect.

Bridgeview Company Portal access

For Care Coordinators

New users: You must register with Bridgeview using their Bridgeview registration form to get access to service agreements and submit claims. Email completed forms to EWProviders@bluecrossmn.com or fax to 651‐662‐4056.

Existing users: For assistance with the website login username or password, please call Blue Cross help desk at 1-800-333-1758
