How to reach the Nurse Line
This benefit is not available for all plans. There are two ways to confirm your eligibility.
Check your ID card
Members who are eligible will have "24-Hour Nurse Line" and a phone number on the back of their member ID card.
Log in
You can log in to your member account to confirm eligibility for the program, find your digital ID card and get the phone number.
