That's why Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Minnesota (Blue Cross) supports good choices 24/7, 365 days a year via a health and wellbeing platform called Blue Care Advisor. When you complete the healthy activities recommended within Blue Care Advisor and set by your employer*, you earn rewards that help your health and wallet.

You'll see recommendations based on your plan's benefits and personal health history along with suggested steps you can take to improve your health. You can also access your health plan information, claims and more when you log in.

Fitness Your Way by Tivity Health offers gym memberships starting at $19/month (with a $19 one-time enrollment fee) for access to a network of 13,000+ gyms nationwide, so you can still work out for less. Members have the option to choose from four gym packages, as well as a digital only option.

What about my gym discount? 

Plans that have Blue365 can still purchase a discounted gym membership through the Fitness Your Way offer.

Most health plans have moved away from focusing on gym visits alone because it excludes the activity you accomplish elsewhere and only applies to those with a paid membership. It's still a great idea to join a gym for expert guidance, motivation and tools to support your goals, but we want to reward your other efforts as well. A fitness center discount is no longer offered.
