Your Blue Cross Care Advocate is supported by on-site doctors, nurses, pharmacists, specialists, and other experts so if they don't know the answer to your question, they can get it.

Your medical plan network may depend on where you live.

- Maryland/District of Columbia residents: BlueChoice Advantage Open Access
- New Hampshire residents: BlueChoice Open Access
- Wisconsin residents: Blue Preferred POS
Your medical ID card will be sent to you and will display your network on the card.
It is always good to check to see if your current doctor and facility where you get care are in your network. Don’t forget to check to see if an upcoming appointment with a new provider is also in your new network.
