Get help with all your health care needs, whether it's help finding an in-network provider, locating testing resources for COVID-19, a basic claim question or something more complex like discussing treatment options or managing a health issue. Your Blue Cross Care Advocate is supported by on-site doctors, nurses, pharmacists, specialists, and other experts so if they don't know the answer to your question, they can get it.

Transitioning your care

If you are new to the Blue Cross plan and your provider is not in the network or your doctor has recently become a non-participating provider with Blue Cross, there may be certain conditions that may allow you to continue to receive care from that provider for a transitional period. Please contact Blue Cross about your transition of care options.
