Apogee offers two Health Savings Account (HSA) plans that provide preventive care and comprehensive coverage for illness using a preferred provider organization (PPO) network (Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Minnesota). Members of this network are doctors, hospitals and other health care providers that have agreed to charge Apogee employees a special negotiated rate and take part in the network’s quality-control programs.
Each plan offers a health savings or spending account (HSA, FSA) that can contribute to your eligible healthcare expenses.
Prescription coverage is through Prime Therapeutics, with the Select Pharmacy Network and KeyRx formulary. Certain drugs and diabetic supplies will be available at no cost to you. Call 1-866-873-5945 to check if your current medications are included.
