Search for doctors, hospitals and clinics

Your provider network, BlueCard PPO, works with doctors, hospitals and clinics across the country. Just show your member ID card whenever you get care.

If you receive service from an out-of-network provider, you will still have some reduced benefit coverage with our HDHP plan. You will not have any benefit coverage other than emergency treatment with our EPO plan.

Learn how we're supporting your mental health below:

  1. Generic anti-depressant medications on the KeyRx Preventive Drug list are covered at 100%.
  2. Coverage for most mental health services obtained in the office or outpatient:
    1. Those enrolled in the HDHP + HSA plan have no coinsurance meeting the annual deductible.
    2. Those enrolled in the EPO plan have 100% coverage in-network, with no deductible or copay.
  3. Access to virtual mental health care through Doctor on Demand.
    1. Virtual visits are convenient and typically cost less than in in-person visit.

When you get emergency care or are treated by an out-of-network provider at an in-network hospital or ambulatory surgical center, you are protected by the "No Surprises Act," a provision under the Consolidated Appropriations Act (CAA) 2021. To learn more about the protections available to you, view the Blue Cross No Surprises Act webpage.

The federal Transparency in Coverage Rule requires our group health plan to disclose price and cost-sharing information to participants. Omada: Managing your health

Omada® is a digital care program designed to help you reach your health goals. Participants get the support and tools they need, including a health coach, connected devices, personalized care paths, interactive lessons, and more. To participate in the Prevention Program, you must be at risk for developing heart disease/diabetes or diagnosed as prediabetic. To participate in the Diabetes Management Program, you must be diagnosed with diabetes. Those with a diagnosis of hypertension can start participating in the Hypertension Management Program in January 2025.
