When you log in to our member website, you'll be directed to Blue Care Advisor^SM which seamlessly connects to all your benefits, claims, programs and more. You'll get information based on your benefits and history along with recommendations on steps you can take to improve your health.

BlueCard PPO – Your provider network

Your provider network, BlueCard PPO, works with doctors, hospitals and clinics across the country. Just show your member ID card whenever you get care.

If you receive service from an out-of-network provider you will still have some reduced benefit coverage with our HDHP plan. You will not have any benefit coverage other than emergency treatment with our EPO plan.

Pharmacy program

You can search the KeyRx drug list to see prescription drugs covered by your plan; choose the BCBSMN KeyRx Drug List. The drug tool will provide results for the day you are using the tool. Use our Find a Pharmacy tool to find an in-network pharmacy near you; choose the Select network.

MedsYourWay – Retail and Home Delivery

With MedsYourWay you automatically get the lowest price available on prescription drugs. MedsYourWay compares drug card discount prices and your health plan pharmacy benefit to automatically deliver the lowest price to you. No discount card is required, simply show your member ID card at your preferred in-network pharmacy. Any costs you pay for your covered prescriptions (copays, deductible, and/or coinsurance) applies to your out-of-pocket maximum. If you prefer a more convenient option, you can use the MedsYourWay program through Amazon Home Delivery. Covered medications filled through Amazon Pharmacy are shipped to your home free of charge. Specialty prescriptions

Specialty medicines for complex illnesses generally cost more and require extra support. If you use a manufacturer coupon, only the amount you pay out-of-pocket for specialty drugs will be applied to your deductible and/or out-of-pocket maximum/limits. Your copay may even be less if you enroll in the FlexAccess Program. The FlexAccess program is designed to help both you and the plan save money on certain specialty medications by obtaining copay assistance (coupons) from drug manufacturers when available. Your mental health is a priority

• Generic anti-depressant medications are covered at 100%
• Coverage for outpatient behavioral health services is expanding:
  • Those who enroll in our Enhanced and Standard plans will no longer have to pay coinsurance after they meet the deductible.
  • Those who enroll in the Premium plan will have 100% coverage, with no deductible or copay.

Hinge Health – Digital physical therapy program

Hinge Health uses a dedicated clinical care team of board-certified health coaches and physical therapists to provide a personalized exercise therapy program that can be done from the convenience of your own home. The program is app-based and uses technology to track multiple body parts all at once (including small joints) to provide real-time visual and audio feedback as you perform the exercises. In addition to treating joint and muscle pain from head to toe, Hinge Health offers a Women's Pelvic Health program for pelvic pain, bowel and bladder control, and pelvic strengthening during pregnancy, postpartum, menopause and beyond. Whether you are suffering from chronic pain, recovering from a surgery, dealing with a recent injury, or simply want to prevent pain from occurring, Hinge has a program for you! Doctor on Demand – Affordable care online anytime

Meet face-to-face online with a board-certified doctor, psychiatrist or psychologist wherever you are. Providers are available within minutes 24/7, 365 days a year through your smartphone, tablet or computer. Learn more about Doctor On Demand.

Maternity Management – Support for healthy pregnancies

The Maternity Management program provides parents one-on-one support from a maternity health coach during pregnancy, at the hospital, and after delivery. You’ll get personalized, expert advice, guidance, and resources about prenatal and infant care, preparing for your baby’s arrival, and staying happy and healthy after your baby is born.

You will also be eligible to earn cash rewards through the Allianz Partners Healthy Me wellness program.

Omada – Managing your health

Omada® is a digital care program designed to help you reach your health goals. Participants get the support and tools they need, including a health coach, connected devices, personalized care paths, interactive lessons, and more. To participate in the Prevention Program, you must be at risk for developing heart disease/diabetes or diagnosed as prediabetic. To participate in the Diabetes Management Program, you must be diagnosed with diabetes. To participate in the Hypertension Management Program, you must have a diagnosis of hypertension, and the program is effective 1/1/25.

Gender care

Blue Cross is committed to supporting our transgender and non-binary members and their families. We offer guidance from experts to help manage care and navigate insurance. Autism Program

For families affected by autism, navigating healthcare can be challenging. Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Minnesota provides access to licensed professionals to support you throughout your child’s treatment. Through the Autism Program (PDF) you will be supported by a Board-Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) Case Manager who will be there to guide you every step of the way. When you get emergency care or are treated by an out-of-network provider at an in-network hospital or ambulatory surgical center, you are protected by the "No Surprises Act," a provision under the Consolidated Appropriations Act (CAA) 2021.
