Using your health plan is easy. It’s administered by Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Minnesota, a part of the national Blue Cross and Blue Shield Association. Your provider network, BlueCard PPO, works with doctors, hospitals and clinics across the country. Just show your member ID card whenever you get care.

Remember, if you receive services from out-of-network providers you will have reduced benefit coverage with our Enhanced and Standard HSA plans. You will not have any benefit coverage for out-of-network providers other than emergency treatment if enrolled on the Premium plan.

Get started with Blue Care Advisor

When you log into the Blue Cross member website, you'll be directed to Blue Care Advisor^SM which seamlessly connects you to all your benefits, claims, programs, finding care and providers, and much more. You'll get information based on your benefits and history along with recommendations on steps you can take to improve your health.

Hinge Health – Digital physical therapy program

Hinge Health uses a dedicated clinical care team of board-certified health coaches and physical therapists to provide a personalized exercise therapy program that can be done from the convenience of your own home. The program is app-based and uses technology to track multiple body parts all at once (including small joints) to provide real-time visual and audio feedback as you perform the exercises. In addition to treating joint and muscle pain from head to toe, Hinge Health offers a Women's Pelvic Health program for pelvic pain, bowel and bladder control, and pelvic strengthening during pregnancy, postpartum, menopause and beyond. Whether you are suffering from chronic pain, recovering from a surgery, dealing with a recent injury, or simply want to prevent pain from occurring, Hinge has a program for you! Best of all, Hinge Health is available at no cost for employees and dependents enrolled in our Allianz Blue Cross Blue Shield medical plans. You can search the KeyRx drug list to see prescription drugs covered by your plan; choose the BCBSMN KeyRx Drug List. Use our Find a Pharmacy tool to find an in-network pharmacy near you; choose the Select network.

Home Delivery – Amazon Pharmacy

Amazon Pharmacy offers a home delivery service that lets you easily order and quickly get your non-specialty prescription(s)¹ delivered at home and get access to MedsYourWay™ drug discount card pricing. MedsYourWay is not insurance, the prescription discount card² gives you up to 80% savings³ on brand and generic medicines and is seamlessly built into the Amazon Pharmacy experience. To ensure you get the best pricing, the lowest price between your prescription drug discount card price and your cost with insurance will be presented to you at checkout. When using the MedsYourWay discount card for covered medications⁴, any copays, deductible and/or coinsurance applies to your out-of-pocket.

Specialty prescriptions

Specialty medicines for complex illnesses generally cost more and require extra support. If you use a manufacture coupon, only the amount you pay out-of-pocket for specialty drugs will be applied to your deductible/out-of-pocket maximum/limits. Your copay will even be less if you enroll in the FlexAccess Program. The FlexAccess program is designed to help both you and the plan save money on certain specialty medications by obtaining copay assistance (coupons) from drug manufacturers when available.  If you have any questions about this program and how to enroll, please call Blue Cross customer service at 1-855-545-2583.

Learn to Live provides online programs available to all employees and family members (age 13+) struggling with stress, depression, social anxiety, insomnia, substance use, or panic, and helps build resilience. Activate your True Balance Experience to earn rewards today

By activating the Limeade ONE app, you will have quick access to fun activities, helpful tools and social support from your colleagues and Allianz – all designed to help you be your best.

When you (and your eligible spouse) participate in well-being activities, you earn rewards. If you are enrolled in a high deductible medical plan (Enhanced or Standard HDHP), you will receive rewards in the form of HSA contributions. If you are enrolled in the Premium Plan or are an employee not enrolled in an Allianz medical plan, you will receive rewards in the form of Recognition Central Points.

Here’s how you can take action to activate your account

1. Visit truebalance.limeade.com
2. Enter Allianz as your employer
3. Enter Date of Birth in format: dd/mm/yyyy
4. When asked for your Unique ID, enter your Allianz Payroll ID, which is available in your Profile in Employee Central (in the Corporate IDs section)
   • Remember: Your spouse can also participate! They just need to add the letter “s” after your Payroll ID.

When you get emergency care or are treated by an out-of-network provider at an in-network hospital or ambulatory surgical center, you are protected by the "No Surprises Act," a provision under the Consolidated Appropriations Act (CAA) 2021.
