Contracting process for SecureCare (SCC)
Process:
- Go to SCC’s website at www.securecarecorp.com
- Select the “Credentialing” tab on the top tool bar
- Complete the Credentialing Registration questions and hit submit
What to expect:
- After you submit the Credentialing Registration, you will receive an automated response of receipt via email
- Your request will be reviewed
- Once your request is reviewed, you will receive additional information via the email address you provided on the Credentialing Registration page. Please note this information is only sent by email and is not mailed
Please note: The Chiropractic and Physical Therapy Network are closed networks. All chiropractic and physical therapy contract requests are reviewed for access needs. The application for a contract and the automated response are not a guarantee of a contract.
Contract updates and administrative changes
Process:
- Go to SCC’s website at www.securecarecorp.com
- Select the green “Account Management” tab on the top tool bar
- Select “Valence MN”
- Use your user name and password to log on to Valence
- Select “Provider Manual” on the top tool bar
- Scroll to the section for “SecureCare Provider Change Forms”
- Select the appropriate form and follow the instructions on the form
