Medicare Application Status

With every plan enrollment application, there are four steps to approval.

The application steps: application submitted, application received, application in process, application approved.

To check the status of your application, please enter the required information into the fields below. Make sure to have your red, white and blue Medicare health insurance card ready, as you will need your Medicare number.

Note: It can take 7-10 business days for our team to receive applications. If you submitted yours within that timeframe, it may not be in our system just yet.

Note: We are currently not able to look up applications for Medicare Part D plans or for employer-sponsored Group Medicare plans.

If you already have a Blue Cross Medicare plan and would like to confirm your enrollment status for 2024, please call Customer Service at the number on the back of your Blue Cross member ID card.

    Application in process

    We are currently processing your application. Our team is working on getting everything approved. Processing can take up to 7 business days. Check back again tomorrow or the next day to see any updates.

  • More information is needed before we can approve your application.

    Need information

    While reviewing your application, we found that your application is incomplete. We will need more information before we can proceed further. Please have your Medicare card ready and call our customer service line at 1-800-531-6686.

  • Your Medicare plan application has been approved!

    Application approved

    Great news! We have approved your application. No further action is required. We will be sending out all the plan information you need shortly.   • Your Medicare plan application has been denied.

    Application denied

    Unfortunately, we had to deny your application. You will receive a letter in the mail informing you of the reason for the denial. If you believe this was in error or have questions about why your application was denied, please call our customer service line at 1-800-531-6686.

  • Application not found

    We are not able to find your application. Please verify the information you have provided and try again.

    Keep in mind that mailed applications can take up to 10 business days to be received and entered into the system.
