About Freedom Blue

Our Freedom BlueSM medical-only Medicare Advantage plan is a good option if you already have creditable drug coverage through the VA, TRICARE or similar.

The plan includes extra benefits like over-the-counter flex card allowance, dental, eyewear allowance, hearing aid benefit, fitness program, acupuncture and routine chiropractic coverage.

Plus, if you pay a Medicare Part B premium, you may receive a Part B premium giveback of up to $100 a month. This giveback is administered through the Social Security Administration and will show as an increase in your Social Security check or a credit on your Part B premium statement.
