Allina Health Spine Center of Excellence (Spine COE)

The Allina Health Spine COE provides in-person physical therapy for back and neck pain at no cost to you on the Allina First Plans or no cost to you after you satisfy your deductible on the Allina Select and Premier Health Savings Plans. Call the “Spine Line” to schedule today at 1-800-827-8313.

Effective 1/1/2019 certain Allina Health Physical Therapy Clinics will no longer be contracted with BCBSMN but will continue to be in-network for the Allina Employee Health Plans.

For a list of these physical therapy providers, as they will not be displayed on the Provider Finder as network providers.
