Support services offered to Blue Plus youth

Preparing for adulthood can be an exciting and challenging time. Lutheran Social Service of Minnesota (LSS) can help make the transition into adulthood easier - all at no additional cost.

LSS is a trusted and experienced organization that provides a range of services for young adults between the ages of 16 and 22.

Some of the services they offer include:

Education

Support to create an education plan and figure out future goals.

Employment

Find and prepare for a job, including trainings and interview support.

Food

Learn more about food programs and get support for health eating.

Health plan

Blue Plus health plan resources and information on how to maintain your coverage.
