If your health plan is through your employer, the program is free and paid by them, but none of your health information or conversation content will be shared with them.
Participating in the program will not affect current or future premium costs, nor will it have any influence on your ability to continue coverage.
A case manager may reach out to you to simply offer help or follow up on a health event or condition based on your provider visits and associated claims.

Some Blue Cross health plans offer ongoing wellness coaching to help you set health goals and learn how to reach them. Your coach will also offer support and encouragement to keep you on the road to better health.
