Medicare Advantage (Part C) plans
These plans offer two plan coverage types:
- Medical-only coverage (Part A and Part B)
- Combined medical and prescription drug coverage (Part D)
These plans include additional benefits like dental, vision and hearing.
Medicare Cost plans
These plans offer two plan coverage types:
- Medical-only coverage (Part A and Part B)
- Combined medical and prescription drug coverage (Part D)
These plans include additional benefits like dental, vision and hearing.
Only available in 21 Minnesota counties
Medicare Supplement (Medigap) plans
These plans provide medical-only coverage (Part A and Part B), and benefits are guaranteed renewable as long as you pay your premium.
You can build a Medicare Supplement plan to meet your needs.
Prescription Drug (Part D) plans
These stand-alone prescription drug plans help you manage your prescription drug costs.
These plans can be paired with Medicare Parts A and B, or with a medical-only cost plan.
Minnesota Senior Health Options (MSHO)
This health plan, called SecureBlue℠ (HMO SNP), is for people age 65 and older and who qualify.
It combines Medicare and Medical Assistance (Medicaid) in one plan.
