Lifespark works with Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Minnesota (Blue Cross) to bring you tailored services through a modern house call – at no additional cost to you. Your Lifespark team spends time understanding what’s important to you for your health and life goals. Then they work closely with your other doctors and specialists to build and support an ongoing coordinated care plan. Lifespark’s services focus on addressing your medical, emotional and social priorities. 

Lifespark’s whole-person model called Lifespark COMPLETE^TM helps members age magnificently wherever they call home. They serve Medicare Advantage members in the metro area, including Anoka, Carver, Dakota, Hennepin, Ramsey, Scott, and Washington counties.
