Learn to Live is a free online mental health program for Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Minnesota and Blue Plus (Blue Plus) members living with stress, depression, substance use, insomnia, and/or social anxiety.
Many people do not get help for mental health because access to treatment is limited and expensive. The Learn to Live program is available to all Blue Advantage℠ Families and Children, MinnesotaCare, Minnesota Senior Care Plus (MSC+) and SecureBlue℠ (HMO SNP) plan members.* Participants must be age 13 or older.

SecureBlueSM (HMO SNP) is a health plan that contracts with both Medicare and the Minnesota Medical Assistance (Medicaid) program to provide benefits of both programs to enrollees. Enrollment in SecureBlue depends on contract renewal.
