How to register

If you are an Availity Essentials portal customer:

  1. Log in to the Availity Essentials portal
  2. Select Payer Spaces | BlueCross BlueShield of Minnesota 
  3. Select Resources | Access BCBSMN Learning and Development
  4. You'll see the Catalog. Search "Blue Cross Basics Seminar – On-Demand," then Enroll

If you are not an Availity Essentials portal customer:

  1. You can create your Availity account  
  2. Select Sign Up Now and follow the prompts 
  3. Use your email address as the username
  4. You'll see the Dashboard. Select Get Started on the banner "Learn with Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Minnesota"
  5. Select Access the Training Catalog, then Blue Cross Basics Seminar – On-Demand
